Theoretical Physicists
You are at home with quantum field theory, quantum information, condensed matter, gravitation, or statistical mechanics. You can take a hard problem from first principles to a derivation that holds up under scrutiny, and you understand that elegance and falsifiability are not in tension.

Experimental Physicists
You have run real apparatus: cryogenics, photonics, superconducting devices, precision measurement, materials characterisation. You know what a noisy result looks like, you know how to design the experiment that settles it, and you can translate a theoretical prediction into a benchtop validation plan.

Quantum and Adjacent Disciplines
Quantum sensing, quantum communications, quantum cryptography, post-quantum security, advanced materials, low-temperature physics, electromagnetism, photonics, optomechanics. If your discipline sits at the convergence of quantum, classical, and AI systems, you are in the right place.

Cybersecurity Specialists
You work at the frontier of post-quantum cryptography, quantum key distribution, or side-channel analysis. You understand the NIST PQC landscape, the "harvest now, decrypt later" threat model, and enterprise migration pressures. You have shipped, audited, or broken cryptographic systems in production and want to help enterprises measure their post-quantum readiness.

Autonomous Systems Specialists
You work across robotics, control theory, perception, sensor fusion, navigation in GNSS-denied environments, or autonomy stacks for aerial, ground, marine, or space platforms. You understand the gap between a clean simulation and a real-world deployment, and you know how quantum sensing and classical autonomy can reinforce each other.

Software Engineers
You write production code that other engineers want to read. You are comfortable across the stack we use (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, React Native, Railway, Stripe, Clerk) or you can learn it quickly. You care about correctness, latency, and the quiet discipline of building things that do not break.

Plugin and Integration Developers
Several of our innovations need to deploy as plugins, SDKs, or middleware inside customer environments. You enjoy the interface layer: APIs, protocol design, hardware-software bridging, low-level integration, performance under constraint. You can read a patent or a technical white paper and turn it into a clean, well-documented developer experience.

Commercialisation Experts
You can read a patent claim and tell us where the licensing leverage sits. You have negotiated deals with hardware OEMs, defence primes, telecoms, automotive, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical companies, and you know how royalty structures, milestone payments, and field-of-use carve-outs actually work in practice. You can hold your own in a room with CTOs, IP counsel, and procurement.

Deep-Tech Marketing Leads
You can translate a quantum sensing breakthrough into a one-page narrative that a Tier-1 defence buyer or a Series-B portfolio company will actually read. You understand that in deep-tech, marketing is a function of credibility, not noise.

Physivitis is not a place to coast. We are building the foundations that other companies will commercialise for decades. You should want that.

Intellectual honesty.
We would rather kill a weak idea fast than defend it. If you cannot say 'I was wrong' out loud, this is not the right environment.

Work ethic without theatrics.
We value people who close loops, write things down, and ship. Long hours are not the point; reliability is.

Discretion.
A lot of what we do is pre-patent or under NDA. You will need to take IP protection seriously and keep your work compartmentalised when we ask you to.
